The content editorial team were struggling to scale their workflow because they had a time consuming process that consisted on multiple spreadsheets circulating among team members. In order to streamline their process, the stakeholders agreed that an internal tool was to be developed.
I applied a ux framework for an end to end process to re-evaluate the current workflow. This included interviewing the content editorial team, conducting surveys, user journey maps, wireframes, user testing, and high-fidelity prototypes.
